This week, Tony Kasandrinos and Effi Booth are on the scene to school us about everything Olive Oil. Tony and his sister Effi are Co-Founders of the most famous Paleo kitchen staple, Kasandrinos Olive Oil.
In this informational interview, they educate us on how to purchase and store the best olive oil, and where we can get our hands on their new creation “Olivcado” Oil - you guessed it! A blend of avocado oil sourced from Spain’s best avocados and Kasandrinos own EVOO sourced from their own olive trees in Laconia, Greece. We are drooling!
