This week we got to interview John Wood, founder of US Wellness Meats. He was one of the earliest names in grass-fed meat and his company has an incredible history that includes participation in the earliest Paleo conference ever at UCLA. They are endorsed by Melissa Hartwig and the Whole30 foundation — they even have entire sections on their website dedicated to Paleo, Whole30 and AIP.
