We got a chance to interview one of the most ‘wildly’ popular sustainable seafood companies on the market — Wild Planet Foods. You may have seen them at your local health food store, since they are nationally distributed at many major grocery chains like Whole Foods in addition to independent and conventional grocery stores.
During this interview, they let us in on what sets their seafood apart from the rest of the competition, and why sustainability in fishing is so important. They even gave us a couple tips on their favorite way to eat sardines: one of their best-selling products and a nutritional powerhouse, packed with protein.
