TPS Spotlight: Lindsay Barber

Lindsay Barber shares the story of many other military spouses in our community. Despite having a long-term career with the State Department, she’s now grappling with the dynamics of being a military spouse undergoing her first PCS move and facing underemployment and isolation. She currently holds a collection of part-time jobs ranging from editing to dog sitting to photography but joins our community in search of new and exciting opportunities!

With a strong background in writing and foreign affairs, Lindsay exemplifies the model of what is possible when we switch the paradigm and build communities that empower our military spouses to create impact in the world. We look forward to following Lindsay’s growth as she continues her journey in our community and beyond!
