I love a good challenge. It keeps me focused. My mind keeps me running at full speed and challenges allow me to keep parameters so I do not lose focus of my goals.

For the first 100 days of 2020 I am going to send one piece out every day until I hit 100 rejections. I have a spreadsheet created for the occasion of course. I am allowing myself to batch the submissions. As long as I stick to the 7 a week guideline, I will be fine.

My challenge — my rules.

If a piece gets rejected, it can be sent out again. Depending on the feedback received I will revise if necessary and then send it back out.

100 days pushes into April. I usually do a blog challenge for the Two Writing Teachers blog. I also prep in April for Storyaday May. There will be lots of writing in 2020!

We will see what happens!
