I See Spring!

A poem

Photo by krystina rogers on Unsplash

Pacing, walking, thinking…
Thinking…

My eyes turn upwards
I see spring!

I observe the tulips in full bloom
The colors of red and yellow
Fade into each other,
A mesh of color,
Long stems, sturdy, strong
Support the blooming petals,
Bright colors dazzle the eye…
