Life is all about finding the balance. The balance between joy and sorrow, between your conscious and conscience and between your passion and profession.

David understood the true essence of harmony and does a brilliant job of blending in his different interest ranging from math, geometry, alcohol to baking to make chocolates.

He believes that these are different branches of the same tree. Each of it is in harmony with the other and connected at the roots. The broader the tree grows on the surface, the deeper are the roots, David is a great example of how going broad helps you go deep by forming connections that never existed in the past and provides a unique perspective to whatever you do.

“It is very important to constantly challenge ourselves to maintain the flow or we become stagnant. And we hold on to ‘pastime paradise’. You can remain or embed in the past’s glory. The only thing relevant is the quality of your work today.”

Earth loaf is a balance between the traditional artisan craftsmanship and contemporary nutritionist. Earth Loaf was an en devour to showcase the flavors of India, from the impact of the soil and weather on the cocoa to the use of indigenous ingredients like Jamun and Mousambi.

Finding the commonality between languages, people, supply and demand ratios and not being bothered about circumstance. David hasn’t just lived here, he has attempted to become one of us. The insights he shares about being an entrepreneur in India and how the dynamics of the environment is profound and breathtaking.

“Being in business is about adding value, entrepreneurs’ job is to add value. You receive value and you offer value.”

“Work hard, earn the respect of your peers and if you work hard, they will teach you what they know.”

Your perspective can either make you or break you. It’s about looking at the wider picture and thinking long term.

“What you are doing physically is completely secondary to your perspective of what you are doing.”

Don’t fear failure, assure yourself that everything will be okay. Interested? Tune in below to read more —
