I find that the more commitments we have, and the more stress we deal with, we might end up struggling with remembering things. In Youtube Video, I share about easy tips to help you remember better:

  1. Write things down (this includes scheduling and writing in your planner)
  2. Exercise
  3. Take supplements and vitamins such as B12, B6, Omega 3 Fish Oil, NeuroClarity
  4. Have a cue or trigger that is easy to see.
