How to Remember Things Better
You are not alone. There are many people, including myself, who struggle with remembering things.
I find that the more commitments we have, and the more stress we deal with, we might end up struggling with remembering things. In Youtube Video, I share about easy tips to help you remember better:
- Write things down (this includes scheduling and writing in your planner)
- Exercise
- Take supplements and vitamins such as B12, B6, Omega 3 Fish Oil, NeuroClarity
- Have a cue or trigger that is easy to see.
