Without habits, you are a loser, so if you are a loser, you are not successful.

How many people are Super Successful? I say less than 2668 people have made a fortune, and they are super successful people. WORTH IN BILLIONS. These 2668 people are only 0.00003335% of the world population, and others are watching NETFLIX. According to the internet, there are almost 5.2 million millionaires. Let's assume 6 million people make millions of dollars per year and these people are successful in their lives, it’s only 0.075% of the world population, and the numbers are insane.

In every successful individual, some habits play an extreme role in their life to get successful. Here are 09 simple practices that can help you become successful.

Self Investment

Successful people never hesitate to invest in themselves. They are hungry to learn more about their profession and field. They stay hungry to evolve themselves into a monster that dominates their field. Investing in themselves gives them the pleasure of superiority over other low-level people. Hiring professional teachers, reading books, spending time lonely to open their minds, and traveling are a few ways of investment.

Time Consumption

Average individuals spend around 4 to 5 hours a day scrolling and wasting time on the internet. Rich people know the worth of their time and how to use time wisely. Therefore, the rich only use the internet for 2 to 3 hours a week.

The average person spends 28 to 35 hours a week, and the rich only use 2 to 3 hours on social media a week. Mostly, rich people avoid using social media.

Successful people spend their time reading, exercising, and learning new things in their profession to stay above the competition. Spending less time on social media helps them avoid depression, stress, and anxiety. They pursue trends during their free time to spark creativity and sharpen their overall skills.

Spending Money on Costly Courses

The elite class of successful people doesn’t buy courses because they are not worth their time. They hire elite professionals and teachers in one-on-one training. They read so many books to sponge up the information they are after.

Every billionaire loves to read books and has their own library of books.

Bill Gates is an ardent reader, Warren Buffett spends 80% of his day reading books, Mark Zuckerberg vowed to read one book a week, and Mark Cuban read books for 2 to 4 hours daily to learn more about his industries.

Exercising, Sleeping, and Eating Healthy

Successful people spend their time wisely. The average human sleeps around 7 to 9 hours a day, and few people might sleep 10 hours a day. Successful people don’t sleep more than they need. They sleep 6 to 8 hours a day. They know sleeping more than they need will cost them a fortune. Tim Cook sleeps 7 hours a day and wakes up at 4:30 am, and Elon Musk sleeps 6 to 6:30 hours a day, but Elon Musk doesn’t have a sleeping schedule. Once in a podcast, Elon Musk said that he sleeps when he is out of energy, sleeps at 3 am, and wakes up at 9 or 9: 30 am. Not every day but his sleeping schedule rotates around his work.

Successful people exercise everyday from 30 minutes to 01 hours to stay healthy. On the contrary, the average human does not like to exercise.

Successful people eat nutritious and healthy food and do not overeat because the food is Tasty. Consuming more calories than you burn can make you overweight. Eating a proper diet improves brain functioning, and a poor diet can harm your cognitive functions. Studies have shown that cutting 15 percent of calorie intake over Two years can slow aging and protect against diseases such as diabetes, cancer, ETC.

Overeating Side Affects

  1. Makes you Obese.
  2. Makes your hunger disrupt.
  3. Makes your mind function slowly.
  4. Overeating can make you sleepy during work time.
  5. Overeating can increase the risk of diseases.
  6. Makes you lazy and less responsive.

Spending money on Useless Things

Almost all Successful people are self-made and know the value of money and time more than anyone else. After making so much money, they don’t spend money on stupid and crazy purchases. I’ve seen the average millionaire spend their money on crazy purchases like the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, which costs around $522,948. They also like to buy expensive houses, and once a millionaire also bought Rolex Day-Date, which costs around $34,500, they sell the old stuff every year and buy a new one every year. Most successful use their old items for long periods. Until they are totally useless or they get bored after wearing them for many years.

Spending Time in Meetings and Scheduling

Successful people hate long meetings because they are nothing more than a waste of time(Trash). They do not waste time sitting and listening to some shit that does not make any changes in their company. The only meetings they attend are the ones that help the company to grow, or solve an important critical problem. Every Successful people has a daily sacred routine that decides their whole day. When to wake-up time, take a cold shower, eat breakfast, go to the office, attend meetings, and reply to emails. They decide on the MIT(Most Important Task), which will make their day hyperproductive. They like to finish their MIT without any interruption. The MIT could take from 1 hour to 2 hours or even more. For example, Elon musk uses the 5-minute rule, which helps him to finish his meeting within 5 minutes. He uses this method for everything and does small things in under 5 minutes. Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg are known for attending their meetings while walking. Few attend their meetings while holding standings meetings. So many people waste countless hours in meetings which results in ZERO Results.

Choosing Basic Things

An average person takes so much time deciding what they should wear and what outfit will fit them. They waste 10 to 20 minutes choosing things that should take only 1 minute or no time. The average person spends so much time buying shoes, clothes, and watches. Successful people buy the same clothes again and again so they can wear anything without worrying about what will fit and look beautiful and suit them. The average person spends around 1 to 3 days deciding on a difficult situation like planning a trip, buying a car, buying a house, ETC.

A successful person can not care less about these details. They know that wearing any clothes will do the same job if I wear any expensive and stylish clothes.

Hang out With Failures

Everyone likes to spend their time with friends so they can talk and have fun. Your friends affect your life so much. Successful people do not have enough time to make friends, give time to them, and hang out with them. It is hard for them to make a friend because it is hard for them to trust anyone. They decide their friends with their worth. A friend who cannot provide any value is not their friend.

They Don’t Work Hard To be Successful Their Product Makes Billions for Them

Every successful person is trying to solve some problem. The creation of a solution takes years to develop. Creating the final product depends on the time and energy you spend on the final product. They Create a badass solution for the problem and sell the final product to the world. The solution can take 5 to 10 years or even more to create.

After creating the solution for many years and decades, they have to market their brand. The better the product, the better the response. The more money they can make. It took Elon Musk to make Tesla, but after making the Electric Vehicle solution, he marketed it, and his worth is now around 217 Billion dollars.

Starting Early

Starting early age is a large-scale advantage in becoming successful in their life. Every successful person, millionaire, or billionaire started their company at an initial age. They take risks at a young age and cross their limitations, and are super successful, and they are the ones who can buy and achieve so many things in their life.
