The past four days have flown by in a blur of difficulty and subpar decision-making.

I must admit that 75 Hard has been quite difficult, and I can’t shake the feeling that I’m shortcutting it by going on so many walks and doing stretching workouts.

It feels hard to motivate myself as of lately.

My sleep schedule is so far from where I want it to be — I wake up late in the morning, and go to sleep at around 1–2 AM.

We’ve all experienced similar periods of life — periods when we want nothing more than to hit the reset button, because it feels like our mistakes follow us from one day to the next.

But it feels impossible when we are constantly reminded of yesterday’s mistakes by the consequences we face today.

If you procrastinated on your work yesterday, you now have to do it today.

If you eat a horribly heavy meal yesterday, you feel the lethargy and weight of yesterday’s meal today.

If you damage a relationship with unkind words, you feel that new rift between you and that person today.

So what can we do to have a fresh start?
