Your mind is a fabulous computer, much better than the latest Macbook Pro.
But it won’t do you much good if 1) you don’t put the necessary software to improve your life and 2) if you are not careful.
In the same way that a computer gets full of cookies (and not chocolate :-), spam, and computer viruses if you don’t run the antivirus from time to time, so does our life, only that we call them limitations, fears, and false beliefs.
It used to happen to me all the time until a corny phrase from Alan Watts changed everything.
