The other day, I posted a text on my social networks, and a reader sent me an unexpected message.

The text.

I don’t know why I am writing this or who I am writing it for.

I thought about it while making Matcha tea, and I felt the urge to share it.

“Success is on the other side of shame.”

The deepest fear is being judged, rejected, ridiculed, and excluded from the group.

We are terrified of having the finger pointed at us, of being criticized, of being thrown out of the tribe.

That’s why we live immobile like wax statues.

That’s why we don’t try things.

That’s why we anesthetize our hearts with sugar and Netflix series.

Maybe the crazy thing to do is to die at [Enter your age here], even if we’re buried at 100.

To live like zombies so that other zombies won’t chase us for trying to live.
Living is risky. Not living is also risky.

In both cases, this game will end one day.
