You’re Not Lazy, You’re Just Wrestling with a Wild, Messy Life
The cycle of disorder: how to break the curse you created yourself.
Do you feel lost, off, lazy, or, above all, exhausted?
If so, you’re likely trapped in the cycle of disorder.
Your internal chaos projects onto your reality, completely throwing it into disarray.
But, in turn, that chaotic reality surrounding you feeds your inner disorder even more, making things worse.
You’re not lazy; you have a thousand open fronts at once, and the overwhelm paralyzes you.
In short, it’s normal to feel depressed because you have problems, and it’s normal for your problems to grow because, being depressed, you don’t do anything to solve them.
First step: recognize the culprit (without judging)
The first thing is to identify what’s happening but without falling into destructive self-criticism.
Sometimes, when you’re so deep in the pit, you start to believe you’re cursed, and that’s why everything goes wrong.
This turns you into a victim because you think it’s not up to you to change it (what’s known as an external locus of control).
