Focusing is a superpower. (One that you rarely use. And you know it :-)

People confuse it with obsession, but that’s not what it’s about.

It’s about emitting at a frequency that allows you to attract something that resonates with your dream life.

At the same time, you develop a kind of X-ray vision, which allows you to look at everything and everyone around you with new eyes, not to strip them bare but to turn them into resources. — And everything has more than one use if you learn to focus.

The Stoic art of focusing

Focusing is the art that allows you to align your whole life to pursue a goal, transforming everything around you into tools to achieve it. And turning off all the noise that surrounds you and distracts you. (Yes, also unwanted comments from your loved ones about how you should live your life.)

By focusing your attention on a fixed point, magic happens.

You naturally stop worrying about the things you can’t change and focus your mental energy on the things you can.

Focusing increases your will, your determination, and even your resilience.
