Just another mashup of two of my favorite landscapes. Perhaps a bit odder than most of my others, but still familiar. If you know Oakland, you’ll recognize the structure — those iconic container cranes at the Port, seen from Middle Harbor Shoreline Park, by far my fave Oakland park. The other landscape? My most prolific collaborator (so far), Lily, a decade or more ago in my Oakland studio.

And, of course, that unseen collaborator, Photoshop, without which so much I’ve done photographically over the past decade or two would still be being done only in my mind (people can snarkily argue whether it should have stayed in my mind, but never mind, here it is…).
