Will I Ever Wear a Bra Again? Nope.

My boobs are free, my back feels better than ever, and I swear they’re perkier too.

Back in January, I told you that after a braless year at home, I was vowing to eliminate bras from my wardrobe (and my life) for good.

It was empowering — but it also made me a little nervous. Could I really get away with going braless for good?

The women who responded to my declaration were massively supportive of the idea. The female empowerment was overflowing and so damn appreciated.

The men who responded were also mostly supportive, except for a few who made it into something sexual, and I can’t really blame them.

Bouncing and jiggling breasts are a turn-on, but that had absolutely nothing to do with my decision to stay braless.

My decision was about comfort and not feeling pressured into doing something that was really not for my benefit at all. Since I can remember, wearing a bra hasn’t been for me, it was always just to keep my boobs in check. Squished down in my teens, overflowing cups in my 20’s, and perkier-than-ever in my 30’s. It was so everyone else viewed my breasts as socially and visually acceptable.
