The game ropes you in but it’s not what it seems
They get you to play, it eats up your days
It eats up your nights, there’s no getting away

They suck you bone dry, they take what you’ve got
They take all they can ’cause you ain’t got a lot
Because you are a fool who will follow their rules
They now own your soul and they have full control

They give you a world but they take what is real
They’ve got you so hooked you don’t know what you feel
Machines growing smarter will do what you do
It is best not to think what they plan next for you
