I Hated the Fireworks, too

But stopping them hasn’t really turned out to be a relief

It started early this year and it started big. Fireworks being set off in the streets generally don’t start until the end of June but by the end of May, they were an ongoing thing every night.

We’re a bit frazzled these days so the constant blasting that surrounded us nightly felt like the I-beam…
