My opinion
The switch is an incredibly helpful book that will give you concrete tactics and the foundational knowledge of psychology needed to understand how to affect change in your organisation. Product management is about change management. However, I’m always surprised by how few product managers are aware of its importance.

Focus is everything. Multitasking is a fallacy, you build a great product with focus. If you are the type of person that feels good about engaging in multiple projects and activities at the same time or still believe multi-tasking is a thing. This book is for you. Product managers wear multiple hats but not at the same time.
