Worry

Use worry like a tool.

We all have this pre-built chaotic panic built into worry.

Our mind races considering all the outcomes, scrambling to find a way out.

We’re so concerned with all the chaos that we don’t see what really needs to happen.

That we don’t see what we should really be doing.

Stop the panic, focus the chaos, slow yourself down for the moment.

Look at what is going on around you in that very moment.

Identify the possible decisions you can make at that exact time.

Then evaluate them, giving particular attention to the subject that is worrying you.

Then chose the decision that best serves that outcome.

Then you can set aside the panic, knowing that you have just taken a positive step towards your goal.

Allow the panic to pass as you picked the right path at that moment.

Then set the alarm.

Chose when you should worry next.

Your path will always end up right.
