Trump’s apparent unwillingness (or inability) to cease and desist his relentless ad hominem attacks on judges, prosecutors, and their families has prompted Kirschner to call for Trump’s bail to be revoked in all (or at least one) of the four criminal trials he currently faces.
To date, Kirschner’s is the most prominent voice to demand that Trump be locked up immediately. To be sure, other “high-profile” judges and lawyers, have criticized Trump’s incurable case of diarrhea of the mouth; but only Kirschner has gone so far as to demand his jailing.
