ICE Turns Chicago Raid Into Action-Film Propaganda
Immigration sweep violated several constitutional laws
A few months ago, when the Trump regime launched mass deportations against the Latino community, a small war broke out online. Some Black people laughed at Latinos who voted for Trump and were now seeing their communities terrorized. Some Latinos were mocked for complaining about seeing their loved ones arrested and deported.
Black online commentators said they were generational citizens and immune from deportation. Other African Americans said this was not their fight. I said they were wrong; the Trump regime had declared war on all non-white people.
Last week’s militarized “immigration” raid on a mainly Black Chicago South Shore neighborhood proved it.
“I’ve been on military bases for a good portion of my life,” said Darrell Ballard, a local resident, according to CNN. “And the activity I saw — it was an invasion.”
