Former President Donald Trump’s debate “performance” against Madam Vice President Kamala Harris has been widely panned by most of the “mainstream” commentariat and, indeed, most other honest observers.

Trump’s inability and/or refusal to directly and simply answer a simple question was on full display. Immediately following the debate, Team Trump realized that their champion had faltered badly, perhaps irreparably. And so, they sent him on a search and destroy mission through the adjoining “spin room” where a large and eager scrum of reporters had gathered to watch the debate. Despite valiant efforts to do so, no particular reporter managed to corner Trump for a mano-o-mano interview.
