Killer-Cops Can No Longer Use ‘Excited Delirium’ as Excuse to Abuse, Kill Black People

Can their loss of ‘Qualified Immunity’ be far behind?

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz signed into law a bill outlawing the training of police officers on “excited delirium.” Minnesota joins two other states in banning this pseudoscientific diagnosis that has been labeled as racist in its conception and implementation.

You see, only police officers seem to be able to detect (diagnose) and “treat” excited delirium. That’s right. Legitimate, certified, qualified health professionals simply do not recognize excited delirium as an actual “thing.”

Ah…but cops — those high school “C” students, those “split-second” decision makers are always on the lookout for any person, but particularly black persons, who may be “possessed” by this…
