While Christians around the world were excited at the announcement of Pope Leo XIV's ascension as the leader of the Catholic Church, one group gnashed its teeth in anger.
Pope Leo’s ascension was met with howls of rage from the MAGA cult.
Many of them claim to be Christians, but they worship President Donald Trump. As ridiculous as it seems, they see him as being next to God.
“Trump supports Jesus, and without Jesus, America will fall,” said Kimberly Vaughn of Florence, Kentucky, who attended a 2024 Trump rally, according to the Associated Press.
