New Yorker Arrested for Texting Threats to Kill AG Letitia James and Judge Engoron

The lives of both New York State Attorney General Letitia James and Justice Arthur Engoron have been threatened by a New York man who stands charged with making terroristic threats against them.

According to the Buffalo News, on March 25, 26-year-old Tyler Vogel was formally charged by the Erie County District Attorney with two counts of making a terroristic threat and two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment. Specifically, Vogel is accused of texting his threats to the attorney general and the judge at approximately 10:23 PM on March 24. His texting handle was “Brian Crandel,” and Vogel’s text messages included the AG’s and the judge’s home addresses.

“I want to give you Letitia James a very fair warning that you are not to permanently steal Donald Trumps [sic] assets or his property,” said one message sent to James.

“Furthermore you are not to imprison Donald Trump.”

He promised AG James and Judge Engoron that he would “go after you with deadly force” because he [Vogel] owned a “whole wall of deadly weapons.”

And then came the unambiguous, clear as the proverbial bell death threat:
