Trump Came to the Debate, Left With No Ass
Razor-sharp Harris made Trump look like Grandpa Simpson
At one point, I considered not watching Wednesday night’s debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. I knew Trump would lie like a rug and Harris would counter with fact-based arguments. Trump stayed true to form. Daniel Dale, CNN’s overworked fact checker, logged at least 33 Trump lies and only one from Harris.
“No major presidential candidate before Donald Trump has ever lied with this kind of frequency,” said Dale. “A remarkably large chunk of what he said tonight was just not true, and this wasn’t like little exaggeration, political spin. A lot of his false claims were untethered to reality.”
However, I’m glad I tuned in because it was a disaster for the ages. It was a nuclear cluster f**k with piranhas. To quote Trump, it was a f**k up like you’ve never seen before.
Harris didn’t just embarrass Trump, she filleted him. Her performance reminded me of the Mortal Kombat video game when the victor rips out the loser’s spine. It was painful to watch.
