Trump is A Train Wreck President, But Media Loves Car Crashes

Former president’s batsh*t insane press conference was all too familiar

Donald Trump, soon to be the next president, gave another insane press conference on Tuesday. It was typical Trump; rambling, ranting, conspiracy theories and threats. He talked about invading Canada and Greenland, windmills killing whales, and rain coming from heaven. In short, nothing new. You wouldn’t let this man run a strip club, talk less about the United States of America.

Still, many media watchers were shocked by his performance. Have they been paying attention for the last nine years? We’ve seen this before during his disastrous four years in the White House. And we saw more of it during his shambolic campaign.

Sabotaging Biden

At this stage, writing about Trump’s disastrous performance isn’t the story. The real story is asking why the media didn’t focus on his lack of mental fitness during the presidential campaign. During the 2024 campaign, it became obvious the media decided to sabotage President Joe Biden by focusing excessively on his age.
