Comey Case Is Doomed to Fail

As President Donald Trump, aka the Emperor of Emptiness, attempts to turn this country into an authoritarian dictatorship at record speed, we might be saved by one simple fact: he’s a moron, and he’s surrounding himself with other incompetent boobs.

While Trump tries to trash this country, his government is so corrupt and inept that they are terrible at whatever they attempt. Take, for example, the recent indictment of former FBI Director James Comey. Comey had the temerity to expect Trump to follow the rules and authorized the Russia investigation, which Trump dismisses as a hoax. In Trump-speak, “hoax” means anything he doesn’t like. But if you read the Mueller report, as I did, it shows there was clear illegal behavior conducted by the Trump campaign in 2016. This is also spelled out in a Joint Senate Intelligence Committee report.

The Enemies’ List

Nonetheless, Trump is intent on going after anyone he perceives as an enemy, and Comey is first on the list. Trump has said he also plans to target other enemies, such as Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.). I suspect Hillary Clinton and retired Gen. Mark Milley are on the list too. But they may rest easy, because Trump is always terrible at what he does. Even…
