For the first time in five years, Tesla is no longer Elon Musk’s most valuable asset. In 2024, Tesla delivered 1.79 million vehicles worldwide, a 1.1% decrease from the 1.81 million sold in 2023. My neighbor, who bought a used Tesla a couple of years ago, now hates it and wants to switch to a different car. The problem is when she tried to trade in her Tesla at Toyota, they refused to take it. The trade-in value was zero.
