Trump’s Contradictory Ukraine Policy: False Optimism or Strategic Confusion?
Trump continues to send weapons to Kyiv even though he repeats that his administration could rapidly conclude the Ukrainian conflict. The political contradiction stands out strongly because Russia has upped the intensity of its military operations. CNN reported that Russian forces left “on fire” a Ukrainian port city amid Trump’s statements about his negotiating power (CNN). Most experts believe his method has insufficient coherence and does not achieve desired results.
