I lost confidence in Aam Aadmi Party since they nominated some outsiders for the Rajya Sabha seats. This political over calculation was like the failure of Congress to acknowledge Priyanka Chaturvedi’s anger of certain people in their party.

It correlates the two situations where both the incidences led to the dropouts of essential players in the game of politics. Often political aspiration in India is comfort-driven, and therefore these last-minute messaging led to the collapse of two bastions of liberal ideas.

The election campaign of 2019 appeared full of political and personal aspersion on the opponents. Congress and AAP didn’t fail to participate in the same at least in Delhi. Congress has many stalwarts; therefore, I will refrain giving any suggestion to Congressmen, but AAP is facing a massive challenge for coming general election by the end of this year.

If in the 2019 Lok Sabha, Congress had kept 25% of the seats against what it fought then denying the aspiration of regional parties, politically, could have to an extent justified. But, because Congress garnered no support for itself and chose the path less travelled when not required, says a lot about Congress’ intention.

Coming to Delhi, majority of AAP members came 3rd in the row of 7 seat fight for Lok Sabha. If here, AAP leadership and advisors don’t buckle-up for the upcoming Delhi election now, then they might be pushed to the periphery. Out of all the mistakes AAP has done over these years, the grand one was letting go of people like Yogendra Yadav, Kumar Vishwas, Ashutosh and Ashish Khetan. These four men could have easily reversed the conversation in favour of AAP in these many lost months. If these men were present at AAP today, then AAP could have easily avoided going with Congress, while signalling people about the loss of politics of pure.

All leaderships are full of challenges but not every time you have to learn from the episode of L.K.Advani. The onus cannot be on AAP leadership alone, because Indian politics doesn’t offer enough examples of compassion for the opponents, except during Jawahar Lal Nehru’s era. Kindly highlight in the comment, if you know more positive examples from Indian political history.

It’s time AAP leadership has got at their disposal to create the aura of respect and set new examples of promoting working people at the right time. It’s time for AAP leadership and advisory to introspect if they wish to reconsider winning Delhi state election with ‘70 par’ or do they want to relegate the AAP party towards much weaker opposition.

Strong opposition by will and in numbers, both, are essential for a transparent and reliable democracy. If AAP can do what BJP has done in Lok Sabha, then AAP leadership could revive itself to a Delhi based alternative voice of politics in India. But, can they do it alone? People like Atishi and Raghav lost the Lok Sabha elections which further shattered the hope for AAP. During the campaign season of 2019 Lok Sabha, both people emerged as a hope for the Delhi’s middle-class likeness but somehow did not make it. However, for it is here, these two budding politicians should re-calibrate themselves for a long fight to remain in the politics of change.

Further does not go to suggest that people like Kumar Vishwas, Ashish Khetan and Ashutosh should not turn back to AAP. These men require table conversation to melt the ego, if any, at the cost of protecting their party. Yogendra Yadav has his party now, but if there is any way to bring him back on board, then nothing should stop AAP making the first move with him and the three other eminent people. In my opinion, the reason AAP should reconcile is to set the communication correct for the party.

The party has no communication strategy and whatever they do in the name of a contact with the masses leads to their self-goal. Like Delhi statehood, one of the highest logical fallacy that AAP made while projecting the party during the Lok Sabha election campaign.

Moreover, Indian often wants to a see team of heroes, and this is precisely the time for these boys to come again to bash the dash of the opposition political parties in little time for Delhi elections. Political party like AAP whose emergence look so like Anil Kapoor’s Nayak should not shy away for trying the same dramatic messaging again. When the hero is about to lose, the public often embraces him more, which is clear from Lok Sabha 2019 elections. AAP by its existence should always remain multi-stars party than confining itself into a one-person party. For the people in Delhi, no political message will be higher than the lost brothers found each other at the interval of upcoming Delhi election, as political journeys are often long and to say the least of BJP in Delhi next election, picture Abhi Baaki hai dost!
