Cone of Uncertainty

A Poem

Author’s Archives.

Weeds trample
the hill upon which you assert
your beauty and your dignity.

We hope to wrangle them
out of your way soon.

For now, please don’t fret —
even though you are surrounded.

It’s all part of summer’s
crazy, Daisy dance.

But only the Coneflower knows
which way we all will go.
