The Theme

As we continue to be stuck at home, text discussions began about the next meeting. That always includes a theme, and as nearly every guy who participates is now a father, the idea of “dad rock” came up after we wondered if the music we listened to now could be considered dad rock, or more in line with the long-held definition.

When a discussion starts like that, that’s when you know you’ve got a theme idea.

The Process

We used JQBX (pronounced Jukebox) again. It requires a Spotify Premium subscription, but it works flawlessly.

The Actual Rock Club

This ended up being a small crew then typically, only four were able to join. When that happens, a little less beer is drunk, and a lot more B-sides are played.
