The Notebook of the Future
The Last Notebook You’ll Ever Need

If you’re looking for a futuristic product to give people this Christmas, look no further, it’s called: the Rocketbook.
It literally is something right out of a Sci-Fi novel.
Basically, it’s a notebook that you can use and then either completely erase in the Microwave or erase one page at a time with a damp towel.
Checkout their website & intro video here.
It’s made by a company that literally has the tagline:
Notebooks from the Future
Founded by a Salesforce.com Executive, Joe Lemay, and serial Product Developer, Jake Epstein, they started with just a concept at the end of 2014 and literally raised $1,889,030 on Indiegogo and Kickstarter and turned something around (that worked!) in a year by the end of 2015.
The Microwaveable one is called the Rocketbook Wave.
With a selling point like:
Rocketbook Wave is the World’s first intelligent reusable notebook.
It’s great because you can literally fill up the entire notebook, and then within a few minutes (checking every 30 seconds), you can have a completely blank new notebook ready for you to write in again!
The trick really comes from the Frixion pen technology which has been around for a while! But they came up with a clever chemical bonding solution and a special kind of paper that allows you to use moisture and heat to erase it on a larger scale instead of just using the pen’s built in friction eraser.
It’s one of the coolest notebooks I’ve ever seen. They just went on the famed entrepreneur show called “Shark Tank” in May 2017 and although it was rejected by the sharks, the company continues to grow internationally.
They just released another new product called the Rocketbook Everlast where you can wipe one page at a time instead of nuking the whole thing in the microwave.
This notebook is basically branded as “the last notebook you’ll ever need” because, unlike its Microwaveable brother which only gets 5 uses in its lifetime before it becomes too ratty, this one you can just use a towel or paper towel and just wipe dry and then use again. Brilliant.

They made a funny YouTube video in a Stationary Store and got kicked out for filming in it:
They always dress up in rocket suits. You can tell they’re just having fun!
I just bought one of these myself and have already begun using it everywhere I go. You can blast your notes to 7 different cloud storage services which range from OneNote to Evernote to Google Drive to Slack and its machine vision software in its iPhone/Android app is super fast too.
It’s an inspirational company to follow. They’ve had success and rejection and yet they keep going. Their vision is grand and they take pride in the fact that they were called the “Elon Musk of Notebooks” because of their mission statement!
Call To Action
If you’re looking for a great gift to buy for your son/daughter/niece/nephew or even just yourself so you can still write with a traditional pen and paper while enjoying all the storage benefits of going digital, this is your product!
