The company is most likely using an ATS which automatically screens a resume to determine if the candidate is a good match.

If you’re receiving rejection letters quickly or often — it may be one of the following reasons.

  1. Your resume is not being read by the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). In this case, you need to use a format that is ATS friendly.
  2. You don’t have relevant keywords in your resume.
  3. You’re either over or under qualified for the position.
