And why you should ignore it.

You’ll hear a lot of advice starting from when you’re in high school to when you’re deciding whether or not to abandon your comfortable life to pursue a dream opportunity.

A lot of it is total crap.

While there’s no tried-and-true advice that works for everyone, there’s a lot of advice that rests on three assumptions:
