Everyone gets stressed.

It is pretty much the most normal thing on the planet. Being stressed simply means that we care about something — and that’s good.

Depending on the person, the limit of how much stress you can take before experiencing symptoms varies. What exactly causes stress may also vary — you might be vulnerable to tense social situations, an abundance of work, or to unexpected setbacks.

No matter how exactly you operate, there’s a list of things you can do when you’re stressed to minimize symptoms and recover quickly.

What causes stress?

A list of common causes of long-term stress, from most common to least:

✔️Work-related: being overworked, getting fired, even getting promoted.

✔️Lack of time for free activities.
