How To Make A Magazine In 30 Days

You. Me. 30 Days.

Let’s do it.

I’m going to make a Magazine right in front of your eyes — and I invite you to follow along as I show you how to do it. I’ve already made one 26-page Magazine before, so I know what I’m doing.

How will you tag along? Twitter, Instagram stories, Podcasts, daily YouTube videos, and emails — if you want!

(Please excuse my horrible-looking face)

This time I want to show you my process — from designing to writing to marketing the magazine. In the next month I’ll be interviewing a member of the Forbes 30-under-30 list, doubling the amount of pages in this edition, and showing you everything along the way.

Here’s a couple people I’m featuring:

Ben Christensen (Left) — Founder of Handshake

Ben was featured in Forbes 30-under-30 list because of his role in creating an app called Handshake. The app partners with Universities to bring more job opportunities to their future and recent graduates. In the interview we’ll go over how he made the app, what it’s like employing 20+ people, and how Handshake is helping level the playing field in the job market landscape of today.

Dandan Zhu — Founder of Dandan Global

That’s pronounced “DAN-DAN” as in the “DAN DAN DANNNNNNN” you hear in movies when something really dramatic happens. She’s awesome. Dandan made more than $200k during her third year of headhunting. Yeah, third. She is an absolute beast and runs her own business called Dandan Global, where she offers courses and coaching to recent grads trying to land a job.

Kate The Remote Nomad — Founder of Wifly Nomads

Kate’s pretty freakin’ awesome. A woman after my own heart, she said goodbye to the Corporate world a couple years ago, packed her bags, and booked a one-way ticket to Prague which was the first stop on a year-long remote retreat called “Remote Year.” We hate to spoil it for you, but things worked out well for her. Now she runs her own retreat in Bali called Wifly Nomads, where she teaches other Digital Nomads how to find remote jobs and build their own businesses. I’m certain you’ll love her fresh perspectives on work and the world.

There’s a couple other people that are going to be featured, but I don’t want to spoil everything ;)

Background On The Magazine

The PGSG Magazine is made for recent graduates who:

A. Want a better career.

B. Want to start their own business.

C. Like their career, but also want to side-hustle during their down time.

Because of this, I interview recruiters, hiring managers, career experts, entrepreneurs, and people who do cool shit. This go round has a lot of people that fit the bill.

Once again, if you want to get the Magazine one day before it releases on September 1, 2017, then sign up for my email updates here. Through there I’ll be sending out emails EVERY WEEKDAY showing you my process complete with videos, tweets, and my latest podcast episodes.

Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy!
