I guess anyone can agree — motivation is not permanent. Everybody has his ups and downs and times where things don’t work out as planned.

But the ability to motivate others is becoming more and more important.

It is so easy to accuse others and external factors of anything that happens. People have it so easy to get demotivated.

That’s why your ability to motivate others is highly crucial.

Maybe you’ve had this dilemma once: Your friend is feeling down, but you’re too scared to say anything because of the fear of making it worse.

Below, you’ll find advice on what exactly to do to properly motivate people without having an awkward situation.
