The Power of Poetry

Don’t Forget

“Do not forget, my friend, that all your clocks have stopped at once.”

This is a poem on the passing of time and the transience of it all. It also explores the social constructions that people have constructed in order to cope with the consequences that time has had on society as well as the ecosystems that it consists of. This is a poem about reawakening and remembering things from the past.
In forgetting my clocks, I am reminded of the timelessness of life — by DALL·E, an AI system by OpenAI

Don’t forget that time stands still for no one; it’s a regular reminder to take care of the now.

Earth is the only thing that truly exists; everything else is the myth of physical objects.
