Hidden Beginnings
A poem on the struggle to begin
A new car
A white bandana and a new start
It may sound extra hard
Thatโs only true in the midnight gloom
When the warmth of the Sun
Hides from your wayard soul
Head turning in search of the light
An indefinite maze etched with fright
Around the corner
Deep under the covers
In a building turned to rubble
Rests the core of your troubles
Unseen
Unheard
Untouched
Unloved
A renovation is needed
An extrapolation of being
Released from the dark
Set forth towards the Northern Star
Attention paid in earnest
Present amidst the lights of the mirror
Growth through awareness
