Edit: Shortly after this article was published, the Titans traded for DB Ugo Amadi. I will assume Amadi makes the final roster in place of Tyree Gillespie.

With only one more preseason game to go, it’s about time for NFL teams to get their rosters in order. Most NFL teams carry 90 players throughout camp, but that number must be cut to 53 by August 30th at 4:00 PM EST. The Tennessee Titans are no exception- there are numerous tough decisions facing Jon Robinson, Mike Vrabel, and co.

I am of the opinion that we may be in for some surprises. Firstly, one has to assume the team is keeping 3 quarterbacks. Rookie Malik Willis is promising but does not seem ready for the backup gig. The wide receiver room will also look much different, as A.J. Brown and Julio Jones have moved on. Today, I want to go through each position group and see who will be left standing come September 1st. Let’s start with the offense.

Quarterback (3)- Ryan Tannehill, Logan Woodside*, Malik Willis

Tannehill is undoubtedly the starter, and Willis cannot be moved to the practice squad without clearing waivers first- and he wouldn’t clear. Woodside has an asterisk because I could easily see…
