The Press Box Finals: The Winner
So many excellent submissions throughout and then going from two to one
Our final two writers ended this tournament with a very strong finish. Phoenix Mōsher and Stephanie Wilson stepped up to the plate and brought it.
We asked them to write at least 750 words for the finals and the prompt was to create a new sport. They had a little over 24 hours to complete this task. I was a little anxious but they came into this with the intensity they had throughout and both wrote some creative and excellent stories and created new sports in the process.
