What is the most valuable thing you carry with you from the beginning of your journey as a product person?

A product is the result of a process of experimentation and learnings based on consumer needs. Understanding it is crucial for the development of important products.

What do you identify as a common thing among people working on product development?

The best product people I have met are ambitious, determined and competent. They believe in what they do and why they do it, it motivating people around them to build impactful products and companies.

What do you think will be the next big trend in product development?

The next and old(hehehe) trend will be to make companies truly look at customer needs. This is the real motivation for product development, everything else is a consequence of your customer’s perception of value.

What have you learned recently?

I have studied a lot about Growth Hacking and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), besides that, always learning new methods to share new ways of developing products with several people and companies in Brazil.

What would you like to say to the product people who are reading this text?

Learn something new, share with people, unlearn and learn again. Do something useful

life is too short to build products that nobody wants.
