What is the most valuable thing you carry with you from the beginning of your journey as a product person?
Feedback loop is necessary in your life and product. Without the constructive mechanism, it would become a monologue, which people often find low on engagement index. Sometimes the pivotal point may be a needle in a haystack or overwhelmingly negative, so do hold your composure and develop the ‘eye for detail’.
What do you identify as a common thing among people working on product development?
Most of us come from different DevOps backgrounds and somewhere between Delivering sprints to updating Product Backlog, we lose the true sight on Value proposition in our shipments for users. We either become Spokesperson for Tech or business.
What do you think will be the next big trend in product development?
Higher rate of disruptions in the Health and Supply Chain industry. Post-COVID era will have new ‘Basics’ which would be governed majorly in these two dimensions.
What have you learned recently?
Revised Product Frameworks, took basic lessons in conflict management, and how to influence Stakeholders. Next: Data Analytics and forecasting of business models.
What would you like to say to the product people who are reading this text?
Out of many areas, have higher proficiency in Data Analytics and Business decision making. Field of UX is a specialized area, so, we need to make ourselves aware of the processes in Design, improved implementations, working in a defined scope. Basics of AI and ML along with reading, updating yourself, and taking new courses.
