Staying on top of your productivity requires maintenance of good physical health, part of which comes from exercise. Do you ever find it difficult to maintain a regular exercise routine? Behold, the One Push-up Challenge.

Sounds easy right? Well, it is not as simple as just doing one single push-up day after day. Day 1, start with 1 push-up, then on Day 2 add one more. Each day you add one more push-up to the routine. If you skip a day, start all over again.

If you kept this up for a year, you would be able to do 365 consecutive push-ups. How many can you do right now, 50? Maybe 100? Let’s say you stayed on the routine for three years: that’s over 1,000 consecutive push-ups!

Now, I understands this sounds interesting, but I have no idea if it will work. However, I am going to test it out as a little experiment. I’m going to follow the directions above and keep track of the results here. The aforementioned page will be my log for following the push-up challenge.

I would really enjoy some company on this challenge.Follow the progress on the Push-up Challenge Page!

Update! I have crossed the 100 day mark, here are the results.
