Vertical Switzerland: Fitness in the Forest

A ten-minute walk from our home leads into the forest above Trin that is honeycombed with trails — Grillplatz, water troughs, meadows, unspoiled wilderness and a fitness/yoga parcours.

Imagine you are a BUTTERFLY.

Sit upright and close your eyes. Count to 5 while breathing in through your nose. Then hold your breath and count to 3. Count again to 5 and breathe out. Then pause and count to 3. Repeat this 5 to 7 times. Finally, place the soles of your feet together and hold them with your hands. Flutter with each knee up and down like a butterfly.
