Lion’s Roar Face is one of the best facial exercises. I always feel good after doing it. My face skin feels like it is being brought back to life.

Pose benefits include: relieves tension in the face and chest, improves facial blood circulation, keeps eyes healthy, stimulates and firms the platysma, helps prevent sore throat, asthma, and other respiratory ailments, and may even help treat bad breath.

Very easy to practice, just open the mouth wide, slowly stick out tongue, like trying to touch tongue to chin, stretch eyes open. Next time someone gets on my nerve, I will…
