We’re building an investing experience for all people, and that means providing flexibility when it comes to where and how our members invest and explore new ideas.
As of today, Public members can now manage their portfolio, make trades, and participate in community conversations from the web. Head to Public.com/login on your desktop to sign in to your Public account and get started.
Trade stocks, funds, and cryptos
You can buy and sell stock, funds, and cryptos on the web as you would via the mobile app. Your trades are executed exactly the same.
Members can choose to add an optional tip to stock trades made on the web, just as they would in the mobile app, to support direct-to-exchange trades on Public and our commitment to not your selling trades to third-party market makers.
View your portfolio performance
Check in on the performance of the stocks, funds, and cryptos you hold from the convenience of your web browser. See your portfolio in aggregate, or dive into individual positions to view their performance over time.
Explore new opportunities
Use the search bar at the top of the screen to explore stocks, funds, cryptos, and other investors in the community. Tapping into a stock or crypto page gives you key information and recent news articles, just the same as in the mobile app. You can also see what other investors are saying.
Search for hashtags in the community to find targeted conversations around the topics you’re most interested in or want to learn more about, like #metaverse, #longterm, and #buyingthedips.
You can also have conversations around specific investment strategies, market news, and the topics you care about from the web experience.
In addition to these features, members can now chat with our award-winning Support team from the web if they have any questions about their account. Just tap Settings and then Contact Support.
Our goal is to help our members become better investors, and that means giving people more ways to manage their portfolios and make the most of all the educational opportunities the Public platform has to offer. We look forward to adding even more to the web experience in the coming months and look forward to your feedback in the meantime.
